Vicki Bloom: Eight seat, fixed seating, open kitchen tempura omakase with French-influenced appetizers and dessert. Great experience.
Dustin Lee: You will end up blowing a ton of money here (unless you're highly disciplined and stick with the base option), but you will also be served an impeccably prepared meal. Good spot for special occasions
Ari: Starting November 1, 2017, the two omakase prices will change to $75 and $100 respectively.

Kate: Enjoyed our meal - had the menchi katsu, mackerel sushi, mixed beans in XO sauce, mazemen, and sushi platter. Loved all of it!
Josh W: Katsu (tenderloin and pork loin), mazemen, and corn ice cream were amazing - must orders! Total came out to $150 pre-tip for 4, pretty good value
Alèxia Solé: I’ve been told they serve the best TONKATSU in NYC. Also ask the egg plant ragu.

Hannah B: Love this place, come here at least once a month! Best omakase in NYC, hands down. Worth the money and better than some other more expensive spots. Service is impeccable and the atmosphere is ideal.
Eater: Omakase-only sushi bar Shuko is dark and intimate, complete with a dining cave. Expect simple, classic preparations, and the occasional truffle encrusted sushi roll or caviar-topped lump of toro. Read more.
Eater: Grab a bite at NYC's newest restaurant. It hosts a 20-seat sushi counter where diners will be served a set menu of 12 to 15 courses by both Kim and Lau. Read more.

Loukas Petridis: By far the freshest sushi i ve had. The salmon carpacio, mother and daughter, box dinner we're all amazing.
Dens: Omakase from the downstairs sushi bar is amazing. Don't leave without trying the hand rolls (go spicy tuna!). I was also digging the salmon-meets-blowtorch sushi. Ask for fresh wasabi too.
New York Habitat: If you are a sushi lover, this is the right place! Make sure to try their spicy tuna rolls, and Sushi & Sashimi Combination. And the prices are good for what you get!

Erica Lovelace: Get here late for lunch and sit at the counter. Miso tonkatsu or soba set. Comfy, elegant and clean setting with homestyle Japanese better than I've had living in SF even.
Niji J.: Do not go here if you're vegetarian.
Rainbow T: High quality food at a decent price. Love the egg custard and love the service here the most out of all the locations.

Meg Farmer: This was one of my fav restaurants when I lived in LA, & I'm so happy they are now in NYC. Just go w/ the trust me and let the chef make all the decisions. Sushi is seriously melt-in-your moth good.
Zach Scott: Go for the trust me. The albacore is melt in your mouth. The hand rolls must be eaten immediately.
AmateurConcierge: Still a great deal. Trust Me for $33 service included. Real crowd pleaser, but go at off peak times if you don’t want to be waiting hours
