Bitsy Metcalf: Sign up for a quick tour, the guides at Beauregard Keyes are fantastic
Lee Simpson: Small but awesome. Cool little bit of NOLA history.
Nina K: waited outside for the tour guide for 30 minutes, called, rang the bell etc. Never showed, during business hours. Not reliable.

Brittany Conner: One of the most beautiful squares I’ve ever seen. Amazing views, great vibes, perfect spot for photographers! Also a favorite spot for local artists to showcase their talent (set up on the sidewalks).
HISTORY: After the Battle of New Orleans in 1814 the square was renamed Jackson Square after General Andrew Jackson. Jackson Square has been featured in movies, including The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
@sloane: Grab beignets to go or a muffaletta from central grocery and sit in the Square on a sunny day. It's heavenly.
