Zachary Tompkins: Great food with a great mission. Daily specials are the best, particularly the Eggplant Jennifer (served on Fridays). Open only for lunch.
Christin "X1" L: Excellent food for an excellent cause. The renovations are great - lots of room, bright light, even a courtyard.
Eater: Even if it wasn’t a successful job training program for at-risk kids, the food here would still be incredibly delicious, old-school New Orleans soul food. [Eater 38 Member]

Elizabeth Heideman: The pimento mac n cheese is the best I've ever had from a restaurant. The pulled pork is also phenomenal. Red beans slightly different than the classic, w/green peppers, but very tasty!

Wilson Favre-Delerue: Hip, fun and lively. Biscuits light and tasty, fried chicken lacking in flavour, crawfish and grits not too heavy. The real treasures here are the bakery products, both daily specials and fab cookies.
Megan Allison: Grits with crawfish gravy and buttery biscuits, amaze. Adorable place, staff and customers. Best breakfast I could find in the area. Loved!
Nicole Gerszberg: Cookies are unreal, also amazing coffee, avo toast, bloody Marie’s. Hangover bowl is one of a kind!
