The 15 Best Hiking Trails in Nashville

Briana Bailey: I love that there are both paved and trail options and it is very extensive and much of it is shaded.

David Schwartz: One of several greenway found in Nashville. Paved trails around Sylvan Golf Course and takes you from White Bridge to Sylvan Park Community Center. Running, biking, stroller and dog friendly.

Sara Whitaker: Watch out for the African American teenager that walks around the back bend with his penis hanging out. I've seen him there multiple times now.. Otherwise, great park!!

Smiley Ray: This trail is pleasantly hidden within the softer and more natural side of West Nashville. It's a good trail for a brisk walk with your dog or for just a nice stroll.

Brian Fischer: Great vibe, nice wide paved path. View along the river is serene.

Nicole Kendall: I enjoyed the main trail with so many hanging trees to shade your walk. Go the distance at the 1.5 Mark and go an extra mile or 1.5 miles to amp your total trek to 5 or 6 miles!

Chris: Outstanding trail network in a gorgeous forest setting. Plenty of topography changes to make it interesting and exhausting at times. There's also a good ridge line trail that's an easier hike.
