Eater: Attached to the 404 Hotel and housed in a re-purposed storage container, it has been drawing crowds since opening. Matt Bolus is turning out creative dishes using products like house-made burrata.
CNN: For his Tomato Galette, Matt envelops lemony ricotta in a toasted cornmeal crust, and piles on heirloom tomatoes—a twist on tomato pie without any pretension. Read more.
