Amazing space. Beef tartare and duck were both excellent!
The duck wings are out of this world, almost candy-like. The bison sirloin and tuna were both fantastic and expertly complimented with seasoning or sides. Save room for dressert.

Absolutely amazing! Been to Morton's and all of those before and Kayne's is fresh and new and they don't rush you. The Wagyu is super tender AND flavorful and the maple bacon is a must try!!

Ordered 4 dishes; one salad, aged beef tartare, squash pancakes and duck. Nothing really blew my mind unfortunately. Too much dressing and way too salty on the salad; rest of the food was blend-ish
Who knew Southern food could be done with such flourish? Chef Sean Brock does an amazing job of creating a menu that's both innovative and authentic. Get the Southern vegetables!
