KYO is the newcomer: You pretty much can’t go wrong with their menu, especially if you order the Gaijin maki rolls (caramelized onions, tempura cheese, avocado, spicy mayo, and beef sashimi).
The Kyi Makis were absolutely awesome. The taste combination and texture was incredible! Also, they have pretty good kimchi
5 stars service, cool ambience and excellent food. Must try the Kyo maki.

Very good, trendy restaurant, two kitchens there: one for the "regular" food, one for supposedly good sushis. At lunch time the specials are good and affordable.

Get the tasting menu. It's not on the actual menu but it's 20$ per person and it's total worth it. They give you a little bit of everything usually.
There's a secret tasting menu for 3 and it's fantastic. The fish is fresh, the wasabi packs a punch and the flavours are excellent.
Bento, at $28, won't become a regular lunch, but is a satisfying option. Features miso soup, 5 pc assorted maki, black cod on rice, selection of tempura, chicken karaage, wakame and beef tataki.

Filling and value for money sushis and makis; but not delicate and refined. Makis, although tasty, are prepared with heavily sauced mixtures and end up tasting the same.

Maki is good we tried California, the vegetarian ones and kamikazy. We also tried the beef skewers also good. Shrimp garlic skewer v oily. Hot and sour soup is not that good

Amazing Calamar with perfect spices. You SHOULD take the shogun combo! This place is a must if you live or are visiting Montreal!
Love the ambiance even if there wasn't that many people. DJ & Owner are awesome. Make sure u don't eat before cause you have to eat a little something to get a drink!
