Wine Bar · Mile-End · 81 tips and reviews
Nuff: All the plates pair nicely at this mid-swank wine bar. Try the Greek salad, rilettes or Arctic Char.
Choucri Bechir: One of the best wine bars in Montreal, great food and can be very crowded so don't arrive late unless you're just here for a drink and you don't mind standing. Get the fries and the goat cheese !
Jeff Gonick: Drink wine until you think it's a good idea to try and speak French even though your French sucks, then drink more wine so you don't feel bad about it.

Jane McPoop: Perfection. The pizza and Greek salad were amazing.
Carole Guevin: Cool retro feel - nice waiters / music. Ask for extra 'tomato' sauce.
Elisabeth Bucci: This is probably the best pizza in Montreal. And, yeah, I've been on Dante. The pizza here is "holy shit" good. (I ordered parmeggiana w/ anchovies, my daughter "greque". Both were awesome.)

Russell Hirschorn: Matzah ball soup, Medium Old Fashion Smoked Meat on rye, coleslaw, fries, SOUR pickle (no half sour nonsense). Smoked Meat is a hybrid corned beef and pastrami flavor. MUCH milder then NY pastrami.
Dan Shiff: Matzo ball soup, 2 old-fashioned medium fat, 1 fry, side of cherry peppers, black cherry, and some karnatzel. Make sure to stock up for the week on the way out :)
Blue Melnick: Old Fashion Medium with Fries. Now we're talking :)
14. Dunn's Famous

Swift Swift: Get the small smoked meat sandwich and upgrade the fries to poutine for a very Montreal meal.
Pierre Phaneuf: Not the best in town, but still pretty good, and convenient location and hours.
Long: Get the smoked meat platter instead of the sandwich. Smoked meat should be tried on it's own!
