Holder's tribute to the classic french recipe duck confit is a treat, complemented with fresh arugula & roasted potatoes.
The duck confit was amazing! Arugula and roasted potatoes were set off with the white truffle oil. Great flavor.
The brunch options are limited but the duck confit is amazing.

Apparently they always have some creative Poutine. I went there for the duck confit one but they change them regularly so I got bief bourguignon and it was really good. The clear sangria was amazing.

The best of the charcuterie is the duck proccuito. You'll dream about it until next you return. The fried duck confit is also perfectly presented. They do duck right!™

A really interesting experience, eating in total darkness. Our waiter, Gabriel, was so friendly and funny. Good food as well, but an amazing experience.
