Fantastic space. GREAT patio. Hip, but nice (I know!) staff. Sandwiches from "Bad Waitress" ... kinda mushy by 2 pm ... But coffee is superb which IS the important thing.

I've been coming since they opened and it's my favorite craft brewer in Minneapolis. Great stop for those who love hoppy beers and a classic bar room without tvs.

The place has a new and trendy vibe but all in all the food and beer is over priced and under whelming. If you are serious about food or beer there are numerous better options in Minneapolis.

I have been impressed with everything I have sipped or tasted at Insight Brewery. I really like the Troll Way IPA, the Phantom Taxi, a 9.5℅ double IPA is to die for and the Hop-Smack is amazing too.

This is where cooks go to eat after a long shift in the kitchen. Try the 112 Burger or the steak tartare, both are world class. Dress well, though- this is a hip crowd and they know it
What I loved: 112 steak tartare, escarole w/ anchovy & nutmeg, pan-fried gnocchi w/ parmesan reggiano, tagliatelle w/ foie gras meatballs. All sublime. My only regret is I was too stuffed for dessert.
Grab dinner and wine really, really late with someone special. Eat and drink till 2am.
Excellent atmosphere with an outstanding choice of ramen noodle and rice dishes. Start with the old school Shoyu Ramen...enjoy the atmosphere. Great staff as well, they make it happen!
Best in the cities
The tonkatsu ramen is legendary. We also loved the torishio (chicken broth ramen with fried chicken) and gyoza on the side. Perfect for outing with friends/family. HUGE bonus: they take Apple Pay!
AHH, stumbled upon this place and fell in LOVE! Casual hip environment w upbeat music. Great place to work solo or bring friends/family/date. Amazing iced soy mocha, corn waffle, tempeh entree. LOVE!!

Incredible espresso, cappuccino, mocha, and really great service. It is a nice place to work, with good WiFi and plenty of tables with outlets.
