Every time we come here we always order the Octopus balls and chicken Kara Age. The Tonkotsu ramen is THE best in town.

Curry tonkatsu ramen is straight to die for. Make sure to ask for some chopped garlic to put in the broth.

The tonkatsu ramen is legendary. We also loved the torishio (chicken broth ramen with fried chicken) and gyoza on the side. Perfect for outing with friends/family. HUGE bonus: they take Apple Pay!
Absolutely amazing black tonkatsu ramen, but the tantan mein was very bad. Good place to grab some groceries while you're there too.

Delicious ramen restaurant in store, I especially love the red bean filled fish shaped pastries and Japanese pop.
Maitake Ramen is delicious choice for vegetarians. Though it's not labelled as such, it can conceivably be made vegan: wife got it without the runny egg and it was great.
Pork ramen is heavenly. Their take on bibimbop is my favorite dish so far. And rooftop patio in the warm months!

The pork belly ramen is pretty tasty. You get a bowl of goodness and a bowl of broth stacked together and wrapped up. Portable for cube dwellers! Nice to combine on your own!

This ramen is some of the best in Minneapolis, and I've tried many. The noodles are chewy and full of flavor. The broth is perfectly seasoned and just the right temperature. My new frequent spot!
Chef Matthew's ramen every Wednesday (only) is an eye-opening bowl of Japanese culture and flavor! Best way to get you toward the downside of your hump day. Fantastic.
