I recommend everything there! High on the list are their frozen pasta, italian sausage, aricini, and artichoke fritters. You can get lunch to go which is worthwhile.

Julia Child used to buy her spices here. Susan Spicer from Bayona in NOLA is a current customer. If they don't have the spice then it probably doesn't exist. Check out the himalayan salt blocks.
Holy goodness! Try the chicken humus pita. Homemade humus w/feta, cucumber, onion, their yougurt sauce and blk pepper- it's to die for. Homemade cookies too! They even take debit cards. I'm addicted.
