Great great German bar for wursts and Hofbrau beer. Not good if you want something other than beer. Excellent place to watch the Germans become fußball weltmeisters! ;)
An indoor Biergarten. It gets a bit loud but that's not a problem. The schnitzel is really good with authentic sides. Get the "mas" and you'll be good to go.
Spacious German beer hall with German sausages, beer, and fried sauerkraut balls. Good for groups.

We loved the Mercedes Bratwurst Sandwich here. We also liked the Skoda (Chicken / Aplenwurst) sandwich, but anything from the German car-themed menu is fantastic here.

Mushroom soup is excellent. Citrus carpaccio is delicious. The spaetzle was a tad salty.
Pasta for appetizer, schnitzel for dinner and a Bedford (rye drink) for both.
Seven different staff members wished us a happy anniversary. Brought a smile to our faces. Complementary dessert/champagne. Gave us bag with special menus/candle/small bottle of champagne. AMAZING!

Amazing coffee from cafe grumpy, best egg dishes for breakfast and brunch (cage free eggs from feather ridge farms), chicken schnitzel and roasted Berkshire pork chop are must haves at lunch/dinner!

Order the chicken schnitzel but ask the kitchen to pound it extra thin. Deviled eggs are great starter to split - four pieces.
Cheesesteak egg rolls, filet mignon and side of fries! Also order the flatbreads they are delicious.
Scallops are delicious -- shrimp fritters, tuna sliders & fried oysters are just fair

I just adore this place, decor-wise and food-wise. Prefer the bar room over the dining room. The mushroom soup is healthy and delicious.
Skip the mediocre buffet, get the chicken parmagian panini. It's great: lots of shredded white meat chicken, loads of fresh mozarella, fresh basil, served crispy and warm.

The 21 Club is a world famous New York restaurant that started out as a Prohibition-era speakeasy.
Reasonably priced and lots of options from fresh made salads, sandwiches, Italian and Korean food. Two of us split the small salad.
This is definitely a well-kept secret that I'm sharing. This place has the best Korean food outside of K-town -- tucked into the back of a deli!
Got Korean... Positives: tasted fresh and good quality ingredients. Negs: this is nor bi bim gap. Its a Korean salad with a side of white rice. And it wasn't particularly hot temperature wise either.

Seems like most of the good coffee spots in midtown are hidden in office building lobbies. Check this place out! Single origins, soy, almond, and just damm good coffee. Never crowded either!
