Great service. Traditional decor. Amazing river walk just across the street. Several places to eat and a cafe right outside the front door. Clean and well kept place. Nice quite area.
The champagne or wine at check in is amazing!

Great place convenient to Beale street but quiet enough that the music is background level when you want to sleep. "ChargePoint" devices on both the night stand and desk, which was a nice touch.
Fantastic new hotel in Memphis! Decor is stylish, rooms are well laid out and comfortable. Will be back!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff was friendly. You have to do the PB&J bar at night, but get there on time or they run out.
All the drink prices are expensive and rude guests will charge things to random rooms so double check your bill before you check out.
Such a classic hotel! The lobby is beautiful. The shops, eateries and restaurants in the hotel are top notch. Don't forget to watch the ducks walk at 11am & 5pm. Get there early...it gets crowded!
Watch the famous Peabody Ducks walking over the red carpet to the Peabody fountain, every day at 11 am and 5 pm.
The ducks march at 11AM and 5PM, but get there 30 minutes early if you want a primo spot along the red carpet. Or head up to the south side of the Mezzanine for a bird's eye view. Read more.
The rooftop is magnificent! Go up there, order a drink and soak in the sunset.
The Madison's rooms are unique and very, very nice. Even if you're not staying, check out the rooftop deck.
Be sure to visit the rooftop and ring the bell. Best view in the city!

We are only here to crash for the night but it's very clean, brand new, free wifi, breakfast included, indoor pool. Glad we are staying here, great place for the price!

Only stay here in a pinch. Got put up here due to cancelled Delta flight. Only way I'd stay here again. People are friendly and room clean but everything old.
Went in the bathroom and there was a 50cent sized cockroach on the wall!!! Demanded a new room, guy at front desk was not apologetic!
Train nearby. Try 2stay on backside. Corkys & Buckleys are a MUST!!

Fan in bathroom doesn't work so the steam from taking a shower set off the fire alarm. Don't worry though...the front desk didn't even call to see if I was setting the hotel on fire.
The rooms are great, and complimentary breakfasts and happy hours are lovely... But the rooftop!!! 2 grills, a lounge area, and an unbelievable view of Memphis and the Mississippi River. Awesome.

Wonderful rooms. Lovely stock of goodies in snack bar and "convenience store". Nice view from balconies and convenient to anything that you could want to do downtown.
If you sit in a booth in the restaurant, you get your own private TV! :-)
There's free coffee by the business center computers (on the main street side) if you don't want to pay for Starbucks.
The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Sucks when your fiancé passes out at 9pm leaving you doing nothin.....on a Saturday night!!!!!!!!!!!
