Craft beer isn't too bad, but hnghhhh the Philly Cheesesteak is quite something. Properly American.

So many good sweet options! I had the French toast and my friend had the Monkey Business egg waffles. Be prepared for a long wait on weekends - but it's worth it!!

Sweet potato, caramelized onion fritter, poached eggs, thyme roast field mushrooms, snow pea shoots, grilled saganaki & truffled salsa verde w/ a side of mashed avocado.
Lovely staff - friendly and fast. Great atmosphere in converted house front. Open kitchen, nice view. And yummy breakfast!! 5 stars from me.

Maybe I came on the wrong night but my steak sandwich was very ordinary. Staff member didn't even want to know why I'd only taken one bite. Good spot for a drink though.

A NY feel in the heart of Melbourne. NY staples with an Aussie twist. Doesn't hurt that they play tribe and de la soul on repeat.

The water is amazing here. It comes in brown jars too! Oh and the coffee may be the best I have had in Melbourne.

best fish and chips in melbourne - excellent fresh fish too - try the grilled blue eye with a greek salad and potato cakes!
Kumera chips are awesome, but was disappointed this visit - the scallops were tiny and a waste of money, the gummy flake just OK and the potato cakes under cooked. Need to lift their game.

You will be in coffee & Brekky / Brunch heaven here at St Ali !!! ... Try their international beans roasted in house or a "Syphon" for a super smooth full flavoured coffee experience!
