Christie Wang: One of the best ramen places I've been to. Try to go in the morning or late afternoon to avoid crazy lines!
Charles Law: Get the gyoza, daikokuya ramen with kotteri soup base, and the shredded pork rice. Amazing!
Kenji Tsukamoto: no reservations, gotta put your name on a list. plan on waiting a while. grab some mochi gelato while you wait down the street! My favorite ramen shop in america, worth the wait!

Eliot Pardo: Gotta get the Hakata Ramen w/ pork belly!
Camilla S.: I've tried other ramen joints, and nothing beats Shin-Sen-Gumi. It is a little bit of a wait to be seated, but it's 100% worth it! The service is excellent as is the Hakata ramen!
Chantel: My absolute favorite ramen! You can choose the firmness of the noodle and choose your toppings--flavored eggs, kimchi, spinach, garlic--to be added as you like. Nom nom!
Hau Tran: Chashu is fantastic here, the best of any ramen place I've had yet (incl Shinsengumi, Santouka, Yamadaya). I like tsukemen at Yamada-ya better though.
Eater: Tsujita LA serves the best standard ramen and tsukemen in all of Los Angeles. The tsukemen might even be better than the ramen. Only available during lunch and cash only. [Eater 38 Member]
Justin Ordoveza: The wait for a seat can be killer. The tsukemen is fantastic the noodles are nice and chewy and the pork is so rich and fatty. Great combo and different than your typical ramen house.

Suzy Ryoo: Cash only. Spicy miso ramen with salmon roe over rice. Best, most consistent ramen in LA, this is my opinion after trying 7 other spots.
Johnny Lee: One of my favorite ramen places on the West side. Cash only.
Serious Eats: Inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace's food court, the signature shio (salt tonkotsu) ramen is excellent. The soy marinated chashu pork is as tender and sweet as pork gets.

Corinne Stoppelli: The spicy chicken ramen (karamen) is one of the best i ever had. Delicious menu, affordable!
Will Moody: The ramen is excellent, and for dessert try the green tea mochi!

Henry Thach: The red ramen is sweet and savory, one of my fav broths! You can't change up thin noodles for thick ones on the iPad but ask one of the cute male servers and they'll gladly oblige ;)
Joshua Villangca: One of the best ramen I've ever tasted! The iPad ordering system they have is the coolest! Also, I love how you can customize your own ramen. :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Martha Linden: The Red Ramen was delicious! Not too spicy. :)
Yun Ding: Come here if you're craving rich and delicious ramen broth. Their noodles aren't great and their egg is all wrong but the tokushima broth is so good.
Brenda Cheah: Try the Tokushina Ramen -- the broth is really flavorful and delicious.
Tonio Baquiran: Personally, my favorite ramen in LA. The Tonkatsu-Shoyu is where it's at - broth is super rich & savory. Take it to the next level by adding the spicy habañero miso.
Kenji Justin: You MUST try their spicy ramen. The noodles are prefect: not too hard, not too soft. The broth is so tasty, not watery, not too salty either. And their chashu has a nice browning. Best ramen in LA!
Shok: Hidden gem! Spicy Miso Chicken Ramen + Taro Almond Milk Tea!
Christine Wu: Wonderfully succulent roast pork in soft steamed buns with a refreshing cucumber slice. A great snack to have before ramen!
