As a Dane this is as authentic a 'Bager' (bakery) as you can get it in the US. Their Thebirkis (Morning Poppy) revivals the best in Copenhagen. Highly recommended!

Had the almond brittle with salted ganache on a waffle cone.... nice. The grand poppy came home for later. Def an adult, gin taste. Give it a taste. Place had a long line but it went pretty fast.
