Hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to! Get the Chicken and Cheese Okonomiyaki, Sapporo Beer, and Matcha Ice Cream.
healthy food with lots of ingredients! lots of choices exist, we tried the daily special.
The Spicy Naniwa okonomi-yaki is the best!
Very friendly chef and waiters and the food was amazing, the prawn and squid okonomiyaki was delicious and the beef teppanyaki was great too!
Friendly staff, who were chatty to us. The okonomiyaki here is incredibly delicious.
Fantastic Japanese food cooked on a giant skillet by the talented and friendly chef. It's known for excellent okonomiyaki but try the yaki soba which is superb. Wash it down with excellent umi sake.
Delicious Unagi and lovely staff. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. しゃれてるね！

There is no comment on foursquare that can possibly express just how amazing this place is... It actually is heaven on earth. Recommendation : crunchy rolls. Hashi rolls. Worth every penny.

Best sushi in the City. Reasonable prices and very fresh! Great selection from the conveyor belt. The soft shell crab is a definite must try -best in the City!
Pretty good sushi, though slightly pricey. Sushi comes with wasabi inside, so do inform your waiter if you don't want it.
Best Udon ramen in Central London!
The bottomless free green tea is enough to entice you to the Tokyo Diner, the great food is enough to keep you there. They don't allow tipping & larger portions free! Best value Japanese in London.
Apparently, they don't accept tips. Probably the most humble of Chinatown's restaurants then.
The Nasu Dengaku (aubergine) is a must have. Their gyoza are true home made style comfort food.

Easily my favourite Japanese restaurant. It is a true hidden gem and one I wish I'd found sooner. The food is delicious, comforting and tastes truly homemade.
Black cod and aubergine with miso paste are divine!! It's a bit expensive, but worth as a treat to yourself every now and then :)

Easy place to miss. Unassuming basement sushi bar - sushi sets are extremely good with a great choice. Toro and uni must be tried
don't get the dorayaki, it's microwaved and unevenly heated. overall expensive for what it is.

Fend off the summer heat with the Cool Hiyashi Tantan: cold ramen served with a chilled spicy minced pork dipping sauce and BBQ pork.
Best Ramen so far in London. Karaage is also very good and so was the Nigori Chai cocktail. Come early in the week to avoid the queue.
