Garlic chicken in breadcrumbs are special. You can also go for fish or paella if you don't like garlic. Perfect after a stroll around the flower market.
Menú del día/meal deal from Tuesday to Saturday is quite good value: two raciones + drinks. Watch out, the tortilla was onion free, which I can't condone.
I tried the lamb, meatballs, paella among others and all dishes were great. Nicely priced as well. The cat will join sooner or later to complete the setting which in total is just amazing. Recommended
Mac & cheese side is amazing: folded lasagna-like sheet pasta and white cheese, baked with a layer of breadcrumbs!

Sadly the management has changed and whilst a great spot for a drink, the food is mediocre at best. 1hour wait on a Tuesday for a burnt, sub-par £18 burger, no thanks.
Proper Puglian! Lovely orecchiette- turnip tips supplemented with broccoli and crispy breadcrumbs. Melted cheese starters are a great winter treat.
My sea urchin and coffee (yes...) tomato pasta tasted like regular tomato pasta, but everything else was pretty tasty. The burrata dish was unique (on the sweet side) and the pizza was delicious.
Homely Italian restaurant, very pleasant. Distinctive flavors, not your typical Italian place.

Very tasty food, served by very attentive and staff who create a friendly atmosphere. The downstairs is a great dining space - don't be fooled if the smaller upstairs section is not busy.
The pear bellini drink is AMAZING! The gnocchi fritti con speck are simple and perfect. All spot on - service is keen but as it gets busy don't be in a rush as it can slow down. Loved it!
Best Italian in the area. Proper atmosphere and absolutely delicious, tasty food. Monkfish ravioli were to die for.

Brilliant food, wine and company. Try the penne amatriciana or any pizza, or the lasagne. It fact it's all good!
Nice fish n chips lunch deal...get the fish in breadcrumbs, it makes it a lovely light alternative

Authentic, trattoria-like, atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent pasta, the best I've had outside Italy. Good value "menu povera" offers pasta and wine for £10.

The food was absolutely delicious, me and my friend both had the vegetarian thali with a glass of house red. Really reasonable prices and the service was fantastic and I would definitely recommend!
