Best shopping spot in London. Filled with unique items you can't find anywhere else. Totally worth a visit. Plus, the architecture alone makes this a great place to spend a few hours.

Toilets are clean if a little smelly, though that's probably not John Lewis's fault. Would poo here again.
Without walking down the escalators it takes 2 minutes and 30.2 seconds to get from the 5th floor to the Ground floor.

The setting outside the rooftop terrace prepares you for the culinary experience you are about to have.The service although friendly and accommodating could be a little slow and imprecise at times.

Large well stocked central location with a food court in the basement. Recommend you take the stairs all the way to the top and begin your tour there as stairs are set up for you to go round anyhow
The best day to visit this branch is Saturday; it's really quiet and the Foodhall has all of the amazing M&S food you could with for ...without the crowds.
Take your own bag otherwise they charge for one. Unless you buy clothes in which case the bag is free?
It's cheaper to purchase items here than at the store in central London.
