All the bars in the Wynn basically serve the same cocktails. Go to Parasol Down is all you want is a drink. They have small bites and caviar here though, if you're looking for food.
If you're coming in for an afternoon snack this bar is quiet and has a great cocktail list (their Old Fashioned's have a kick). The fries with garlic lemon aioli and the grilled cheese are delicious.
Must get Huevo frito con caviar. Like butta!
The bacalao fritters and egg with roe on toasts were my favorite dishes from the night. I'm going to stay away from the chicken and mushroom paella and tuna cones next time.
