Ok so I was wrong-you can boil pork ribs and make 'em fantastic! Brisket was melt in your mouth slammin. Not overly smoked. Ribs had good layered flavors throughout. Sauce is a little sweet but good.
Sauce, sides, portions were great. I had brisket (a little fatty, but tender), pulled pork (no real flavor w/o sauce), and a hot link, which was good. Overall, good, not amazing. It's no southern BBQ

Best sandwich on the menu is the Smoked Brisket and Portabello. The baked mac and cheese goes excellent with this.
Nachos, Brisket, Memphis ribs, pecan rice, mac and cheese, and key lime pie. Everything was fabulous! Portions are huge so feel free to share. Definitely will be back!
Definitely get the brisket. The Mac n cheese gets its crunch from crumbled up potato chips and saltine crackers. Genius!
