Melanie Denise: The Capitan's French Toast: challah, rum spiked egg, Captain Crunch crust, liquid cheesecake and blueberries. Yummy!
Zach Daniel: My go to brewpub! Their cheddar burger is the best in Chicago, which means a lot from a burger lover like myself. Beer changes often, and there's always something unique on tap.
Jessica: The poutine is good but the burger is AMAZING. The cheese on the burger is a raw milk cheddar and it really takes this to another level.
Arslaan Arshed: Definitely lives up to the hype!! I got the salty caramel, and man could you taste the flavors! The raspberry cheesecake is amazing also. Highly recommend it!
Monika Bun: Unique, but tasty flavors, like cornbread, ginger, & churro. If you want something tart & sweet, wildberry lavender is the way to go.
Serious Eats: Extra creamy and creatively flavored, Jeni's has a remarkably ability to make other ice cream seem one dimensional—like it's missing something.

Mike G: New favorite Mexican joint in Chicago. Tiny, cash only, no reservations - cool vibe. Mostly small plates, so I'll list my three fave - pork short ribs, grilled shrimp, and empanadas.

Jose Cabaltera: I usually avoid a restaurant's special cocktail menu, but Lark's was pleasantly creative and potent.
Neal Jain: Great service and pretty good burgers.
Aran Morris: Trivia on Tuesdays! 7pm, free, win prizes!
Sabrina Strajack: Cozy bar that is actually a lot bigger than it looks! It has a few smaller rooms that have their own theme, including a smoker and beer school. Huge beer list!
Mike Fergus: It's called Sheffield's because the bar is on Sheffield. Also, they have a large sign that says Chicago. That's because the bar is in Chicago. On Sheffield.
Men's Health Mag: For those 30 days when winter is gone, this place is as close to heaven as you’ll get—pint glasses of basic brew and a good plate of BBQ on a picnic table. It’s the simple pleasures in life.

Nina Marie: Many great traditional Jewish food choices like Pastrami on Rye, but also a great veggie chili, and the do serve bacon.
Mike G: Mish mash soup. Delicious. HUGE. The glass bowl it comes in is a monstrosity. Approximately 2.3x bigger than your head.
Giancarlo T.: Sweet and sour cabbage soup is glorious!
