Cuban Restaurant · 35 tips and reviews
Christopher Sherman: Cafe Piquet has some of the best Cuban food on This side of the equator... I love everything there, especially the Pargo con frijoles negros y tostones!
Allen Arcade: Get the Carnaval Cubano. It has shredded beef, fried pork chunks (carnitas) and round roast stuffed with sausage. Flanked by yuca with garlic sauce and congri (mixed rice with ham bits).
Allen Arcade: Amazing food. Avoid things you can get anywhere else like pork chops. DO get authentic dishes like the Garlic Pork or others with fish. The flan is awesomely heavy. Split it with a friend.
David Mata: My go to place, for Huevos Rancheros, with Bacon! Always Clean, great service & consistent with their food! What more can you ask for?
David Mtz: Excellent food and the place is the best....
David Martinez: Yeah that Chris W is an idiot. BEST FOOD AROUND AND VERY FRIENDLY OWNER.... 5 ★★★★★

Jennifer Batt: Always good food and amazing margaritas !! a great local spot! Packed on fri and sat!
Allen Arcade: If you go to an ethnic restaurant, you look for diners from that part of the world. You don't see many TexMex types here. The food is average and not as good as Escalante's across the street.
Heather L: They have the best tortilla soup and crispy beef tacos! Yum!
