Seafood is excellent. The chicken sausage gumbo was delicious and had a rich rue. The hush puppies reminded me of my mother's homemade ones in Louisiana.

They have the BEST and most diverse kolache menu and I have yet to try something I don't like. Hands down the best Kolaches in Houston.Super friendly staff that greets you by name.
Fresh Pork and Mixed Sausages are great. As are the stuffed Chickens. I haven't been disappointed by anything there. Came out here by way of St Martinville and Bayou Lafourche so I know my cajun!

Excellent choice of meats. The salad bar has a great selection of snacks. Tip don't get too much snacks or bread. Point is to get as much cuts if meat as possible. Great cocktails also
