Great date/girls night place. Prepare to eat for 2-3 yummy hours. Pure chocolate w/ chambord shot was the best idea ever. Great service-ask for Herron. He's outstanding & knows his shit. $$$.

This is an upscale "tex-mex" - the table side guacamole is a must. Spinach enchiladas & empanadas are amazing and probably my favorite salsa in H-town just the right amount of kick w/ great flavor.
Don't doubt the white queso.
The heaters on the patio make winter al fresco dining possible. The margaritas make it absolutely delightful. The chambord Rita is SO GOOD!!
The portions are GIANT! Pick one of the Tex-mex dishes (the Las Vegas is yummo), and share with someone. My friend tried the canonball fried avocado w chicken and loved it!
Their weekend breakfasts are the best, but so are their brisket enchiladas. We suggest asking for the green rice on your combo plate, it's really tasty. [Eater 38 Member]

Steaks are fantastic, take advantage of the butcher shop to pick your dinner. Great salad bar. One of the best Steak Houses in Htown. Expect a hour + wait, it's well worth the wait.
If you're looking for a great steak to try on date night, try the Porterhouse for Two.
If you are steak lover. You must try Porterhouse Steak. It's almost 1 kg meat. Taste very very good!
