The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are amazing. All around the property, service falls way short of what a hotel like this should be like. The pool, Biggio’s, and Xochi save the day.

One of the best gyms I've ever been to. Every machine possible, gym, indoor track, a lot of room and a lap pool.
Fantastic service and beautiful hotel. Spa massage was fantastic (ask for Emin). Wow, so relaxed. Remington bar had delicious food and drinks. Made me a scrumptious grasshopper. Yum!!
Save $50 and park at the adjacent parking lot. Literally opposite the hotel. Valet service is awesome but very expensive. The parking lot is only $5.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Even with a little construction going on, it's still nice place to stay and they have a shuttle too.

The pool & pool staff = 5 stars. Greeter, set up our chairs, umbrella positioned correctly, suntan lotion provided, water glasses refilled often. Fresh fruit skewers, smoothie samples. Heated pool.

Call down early on Thursdays to have the valet get your car; they are swamped Thurs AM with departing business travelers.

Great place all around. Good food in the restaurant and cold beer at the bar. The yogurt place is outstanding. There's a place to make your own sandwiches and stir fry. Nice workout room & pool area.

We stayed at the Rotary House pre and post brain surgery at MD Anderson and highly recommend it. Very easy trek to and from the hospital. Plus there's a bling store.
Love this hotel! The suites are super cozy and spacious, and the breakfasts are terrific! Also a really great location relative to the rest of the city. Only drawback is parking, they only do valet.
The lobby bar staff are amazing! Small menu, but good eats if u are looking. Dont see what you want, around the corner is "Phoenicia". You are home away from home here.

Beautiful and american glamorous hotel with a lovely swimming pool and very nice staff. My room was awesome with lovely views to the swimming pool.
