Great food, friendly staff & amazing ambiance! Try the Mac n cheese and a moonshine cocktail. Only complaint is that the patio isn't dog friendly. An amazing (& affordable) off the beaten track place!
Pros: nice ambiance and warm, competent waitress (Maggie), good mashed potatoes and grilled chicken. Cons: crab dip tasted like canned meat covered in cheese. Meatloaf, greens, and shrimp were bad.
Lasagna, pizza and cheese garlic bread were great!
Kids will devour the macaroni and cheese. Good sandwiches. Great pizza. Fun atmosphere.

get the frozen screwdriver and the burgers are amazing! You can make some great customizations on the build your own (avocadeo, goat cheese, pretzel bun) and I recommend the sweet potato tots.

More than just a decent burger... It's a good burger. Clever combinations, good ingredients. Also, the chicken parmesan on rosemary flat bread was quite nice
The new grilled pimento cheese sandwich is outstanding. Plus it comes with tomato dill soup!
Grouper used to be a perpetual special for years--its finally on the menu permanently! Delicious fish with parmesan cheese on top.
Great atmosphere and an eclectic menu of interesting foods. Always something new to try. They are sister restaurant with Chow Daddy, try both.
Philly is good, but the cheese is just 2 slices of American cheese. Portions are fairly large.

The pizza is actually very good, has a slightly sweet crust and delicious (stringy) cheese. We always get it at least once while on the island.
The chicken parm sandwich is awesome. Also, try to sit outside and listen to they live music they have at night.
Absolutely worst food I've ever had. I ordered the coconut shrimp entree and was given 4 shrimp under lettuce with diced tomatoes on the side. On top of the tomatoes was cheese and Caesar dressing. 😷
I know it sounds absurd but the mozzarella sticks appetizer is the most amazing I've ever had. High quality cheese

We had dinner there this evening- one of the best meals I have had in a long time- seafood medley ( tilapia,salmon,scallops, oysters Rockefeller, oysters Savannah with garlic Parmesan rice )
"Gauchos" bring you out endless supplies of meat. They are fast and the food is hot & they keep it comin'. Not sure if you really get true value for what you pay. My favorite is the Parmesan Pork.
Everything was great, and there is so much of it all. My favorite was probably the Ribeye!
