Several fun activities - swing ride, maze, alpine slide, ice skating, etc. The chair lifts take you to a gorgeous view at the top of Mt. Harrison! In the winter you can ski and snow tube too.
$12/person round trip, unlimited rides, and good for 2 days. A great way to see views of the mountains
Worth the visit for a scenic view of Gatlinburg area. We went on the alpine slide. If you do so, you get to ride the chairlift up the mountain and the sled down. Also take the aerial tramway.

Beautiful view at night of Gatlinburg, but check weather before going. It might get too cloudy and foggy to see or take nice pics.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Would do city view instead of river view if we stay again. River view faces a hotel right across the water.
Recommend city view vs. river view (just faces another hotel). Also wi-fi is not strong and tends to freeze up. Big room and clean hotel though.

Not for the person who is afraid of heights. Elevator is scary with windows. View is great. Buy a ticket $9.50 and you can go up again within 24 hrs

Service is friendly, awesome pool, great view if on the creek side. Comfortable beds. The private balconies are wonderful for watching the ducks and for people watching.
Great location. Rooms are older, but clean. FYI, all of the jacuzzi rooms are facing the mountain side. Rooms on the riverside have a much better view.
Very clean, convenient hotel. Great view of the town, underground parking, good breakfast variety, small bit cute indoor/outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Would definitely come again.
Was a beautiful hotel with a great view of the river right out of our back foot! Carpets and bathroom sink were slightly outdated but the size of the room and the view more than made up for it!
We come back as often as possible. We love the family atmosphere and spend many enjoyable moments on the private balcony just soaking up the relaxing view and sounds of the mountain stream.
We stayed in a room overlooking the river, with a romantic fireplace and spacious king-size bed; the view was gorgeous and the location was perfect for us

This place is really clean & nice, I will stay here again.
Great underwater tunnel, plenty of big sharks and Sawfish. Good afternoons viewing, $25+tax for adults. Plenty of coupons available if you get them ahead of time.
