Drink the L29, start with the taro chips and finish with the steak frites. It's a solid experience, though nothing amazing. Many of the cocktails are either very strong or overwhelmed by passion fruit

They have a James Beard award which is impressive but I wasn't impressed with the food. Main dining room is too bright, crowded and very loud. You can get a better steak somewhere else in NOLA.

Great Mexican food in the French Quarter. Crab claw tacos, the skirt steak and the queso fundido are amazing. Their margaritas are also very good.
