Breakfast burrito and omelets are awesome! Even if you aren't a vegetarian or vegan you'll enjoy the big portions and atmosphere.
This place just opened. The beet salad with tofu is amazing. All farm to table. Don't go looking for a Bud Light...but they do have A full line of local beers on tap.

Hipster-y, but not obnoxious (so get over it). I love the jackfruit tacos, the tofu bánh mì, and the french fries (both kinds, with Berbere ketchup)! Good bloody marys and draught beer.
Coconut ginger fizz, vegan food and gluten free- all organic. Great local spot. Quaint atmosphere. Need reservation.
Tofu korma is absolutely amazing. Sorrel gnocchi is yummy and burrata tomato salad is unique and super flavorful
One of my favorite places in Denver! Country fried tofu is amazing, green chili is spicy and great. Tofu scramble and spicy chai for brunch (and bottomless mimosas) can't be beat.
they always have one or two vegan flavors. p.s. skip dairy queen for your ice cream cakes, go to sweet action and get a big ass ice cream cookie cake instead.

Vegan ice cream is coconut based, so you have to like coconut a lot. Otherwise, try the salted butterscotch.
Awesome vegetarian restaurant with an outdoor patio. Order at the counter and seat yourself - not as crowded as some of the others in this restaurant group, with a more chill vibe.
Love this place for the creative vegan dishes and tasty drinks. comfortable place to hang out and do work. Be warned that service is slow AF.

I had a personal pizza that was really good and my friends had a tasty bowl of noodles and the TLT sandwich. Rave reviews from all of us!! They even had vegan key lime pie and ice cream.

For vegetarians -- their Seitan wings are quite good. Try the sauces before you order. The app sampler is also really good (go in Tuesdays!) Boneless wings is the way to go!
