Aside from limited parking, don't let the dive look scare you off. This place has amazing sheesh ta'ouk and gyros. Definitely try the meat combo plate if you want a little of everything.

Cool atmosphere excellent service. Asparagus was delicious as were the plantains.The lamb gyro was what a gyro should be. We will definitely go back next time we are in Denver.

The Greek salad with Gyro meat is awesome! So fresh and colorful. The fresh pita with the meal and baklava for dessert were both tasty!
traditional fare is very good; gyro, hummus, shawarma, baba ghanoush. A bit pricey for Fax. Atmosphere inside is nice, but sits close to street, should push interior back. Kids meals rock. #parkhill

Fresh, spicy shawarma and savory gyros. We haven’t had the chance to venture outside the core plates but they’re so good it’s hard to try anything else. I cannot recommend Byblos enough!! New mgmt.

The gyros are awesome! The lemon soup is also delicious. Skip the side salad, it's nothing to write home about. Bonus: when dining in you get a shot of ouzo when you finish your meal.
