Ryan Schultz: Great late night study stop! Nothing better than falafel and humus to go!
Acie VanCleave: Falafel and Hummus Plate is amazing! Shwarma is decent too.
Eater: This is not a fancy joint, but it dishes out outrageous falafel, hummus, and shawarma and it is open late into the night. Baklava is a highlight here. [Eater 38 Member]

Faith Spino: Everything at Linger was awesome! The ambiance, the food, the location... Get the falafel lettuce wraps, masala dosa, and beet salad. Actually get anything because it's all delicious. Will be back!
Roberto Bruder Aguiar: What a great surprise to have Asian, American, Latin, Middle Eastern and some much options in a single spot. We loved the falafel and the Devils horseback. Excellent!
Kristin Overton: Great Happy Hour. We enjoyed the Pad Thai, falafel lettuce wraps, and ribs. The complementary popcorn was very flavorful!

Tom Moore: Loved the fresh pita, lamb tartare, falafel and tabouleh.
Megan Elizabeth: Sunday brunch is super glamorous and very delicious. It’s the closest you will get to Tel Aviv without leaving Denver.
Andrew C: Amazing Israeli small plate restaurant... so many apps/hummus/salatim were mouthwatering and delicious!! Too bad there is no tasting menu, cuz it would be worth trying every item on the menu!!!!!
Matthew Stoll: The falafel tasted great, and the garlic dip was delicious! The chicken was also nice and tender/juicy.
Andrew Friedrichs: Fresh, spicy shawarma and savory gyros. We haven’t had the chance to venture outside the core plates but they’re so good it’s hard to try anything else. I cannot recommend Byblos enough!! New mgmt.
Sultan A: Not the cheapest, but def the best middle eastern restaurant!

Ruth Tekeste: This place makes the best falafel I've ever had in Denver ... Way better than the Middle Eastern places even....
Garrett Motzner: One of my favorite places for a quick bite. The jack fruit tacos are better than the pork tacos. 😋 the food is fresh and tasty, and the drinks are creative. It is a bit sticky though, but a cool dive
