Service is friendly and does a great job. The pancakes are huge, the carrot cake pancake was amazing. Was only in town for the weekend but the place was so good I made it here for both mornings.

Service OK (they wouldn’t let us order the ham & Brie sandwich because it’s “only on the lunch menu,” which apparently didn’t start for another hour, & they forgot to put vanilla in my vanilla latte.
So much better than UDF. Ice Cream has a great homemade taste that is delicious and you don't ferl like you are way ng in a gas station convenience store. The cookies are tasty too.

If you are traveling to Cincinnati, Graeter's is a MUST. Jim is the manager at this location and super nice. But try their Scrumptious Sundae or Double Chocolate Chip in a sugar cone.

Chicken and waffles ... Omg. The waffle's dense sugary sweetness in combination with the lightly breaded juicy, crunchy chicken breast drizzled with tangy Frank's - you'll eat the whole thing mmmm.

Take a step back in time. Very close to all the hot spots downtown. It is a very old building, so don't expect all the new amenities, and you will have a great stay.
