The skirt steak-shishito pepper skewers and the yuzu cake dessert were out of this world amazing. Monk's Journey cocktail was tasty and refreshing.

Must try: the sparrow is the best craft drink, alligator skewer, mushroom dumplings, prosciutto wrapped scallops and the belly sushi roll (da bomb!).

It was great. The food is simply delicious and the server Vincent suggested some very good dishs for my wife and myself. The shrimp skewers and skirt steak, OMG.
Shrimp and steak skewers were really tasty and a lot to eat and share. Will be back for more soon.

The Adobo De Ternera (veal cheek) was definitely the highlight of our meal. The pulpo (octopus skewer) and criollo (ahi tuna and squid niguiri style) were also wonderful

It's not on the menu but order a Japanese style breakfast. Steamed rice, ramen egg, nori, 2 skewers, pickles, and miso soup. It's the best breakfast you've never had!
Decent Japanese food in Chicago! Really tasty sushi, gyoza and skewers. Ramen broth, pork belly is good but noodles was a bit soft. Overall still really good!
You can't go wrong with the: beef koubideh, lamb koubideh, or chicken skewers. Order medium. The dill rice with saffron is moist as always. Love the cheese and bread amuse. Ask for their spicy sauce.
What can I say that hasn't been said? Go to NOK. It can get pretty busy at peak times, so plan accordingly. The wait staff is excellent and always friendly. Food is phenomenal. Need I say more. 9.5/10

Twice now as a vegetarian, I've had a fantastic breakfast here. The Wicker Park Omelette is excellent, as is a Bloody Mary minus the meat skewer.
