Namon S.: The best sushi ever! Must do spicy salmon salad, goma-ae, hirame ponzu for starter and go for crunchy maki, special Cali and shitake, also never missed sushi/sashimi those all fresh serving.

Lana Rifkin: Love the spicy miso soup, triple s roll, lover roll, lava salmon roll. Awesome, friendly service. 10% off for cash payment.
Emily R: Dragon roll and sweet potato tempura maki were amazing. Mis amigos also gave thumbs up to little sea monster and scallop app. All in all, VERY solid.
Time Out Chicago: Try the Triple S from our 100 Best list: This maki, made of sweet potatoes, salmon and the mysteriously-named “spicy dynamite sauce” is everything that is wrong with sushi. And it tastes so right.
Kimberly Wolfson: I love the poached salmon salad w/ dill and tomatoes! It's delicious on tortilla chips, crackers or as a sandwich. Try the blackened tilapia sandwich! The chilean sea bass, salmon and tuna are great!

ISC Chicago: 10-course omakase: doesn’t look like much, but it was very tasty and very worth it
ISC Chicago: Japanese Breakfast (Fluffy, wobbly, panda-monium pancakes with matcha butter and Okinawan black sugar syrup)
Jake Zhang: The Obama roll is not that good. Try the salmon skin roll.
Mike Cassem: Just got back from the Hot Wok, amazing sushi. Had a Goose Island (Chicago local), and a variety of different sushi offerings. Try their Sweet Soy Eel or spicy tuna roll.
Marissa Flaxbart: One weird/fun thing about the place is that the music is almost exclusively obscure covers of pop songs. Pay attention and you'll hear it!
