Chicago magazine: Must-try cocktail: Rum Manhattan. Pillow pretense aside, this is one of the smoothest sippers in town, if not the world.
Sam Hughes: Just do the cocktail degustation. Trust me, you need to try everything. At the very least, get the school lunch - snickers foie gras and rum chocolate milk is the truth.
