Keith Wood: Definitively my best culinary experience. When put up against EMP and Chef's Table@BK Fare, Alinea wins hands down. While both are great, the adaptive & edgy service at Alinea is second to none.
Travel Channel: Sardine sandwiches floating on titanium antennae, solidified olive oil -- Alinea may well be, and I do not say this lightly, the most important restaurant in America. -- Andrew Zimmern, Bizarre Foods
Serious Eats: It's a fine dining restaurant, and most of the focus is on wine, but if you sit at the tiny bar in the front, they've got a wonderful collection of spirits and a short but perfect cocktail menu.
Sandrine Andro: Very amazing view from here At magic hour it’s very great to take pictures
Tracey Swanson: I saw a turtle!
