Chris Steele: Coffee contains more aromatic and flavor compounds than wine. The good baristas here tease out the best of them. Try a shot of espresso and pourover side by side to taste what I mean.
Roger Chen: I call this place the "old reliable" - perfect espresso shot every time. Seating is kind of limited, so if you're looking for a table to yourself you're out of luck.
