Alexandra Hoover: Try the Cosmolini at the Peninsula Bar... delicious twist on a classic Cosmopolitan!
Mandy Swanson: Beautiful lobby, went to the bar for drinks. Bar is cozy, masculine, and has a fireplace. Luxurious without being pretentious! Great retreat for the winter.
Crain's Chicago Business: Afternoon tea downtown doesn't get any more refined or memorable than this. The pastries are exquisite and numerous, including a teeny, tangy lemon meringue tart. Read more.

Antoinette Arnold: The cucumber Cosmo is really good. You can go wrong with the truffle mushroom croquette for an appetizer.
Chanthana: Go during lunch for a leisurely meal. Crudo tasting, cheese plate, Summer in Provence (gin cocktail) and chocolate soufflé were all wonderful!
Stefanie: Absolutely gorgeous space inside and out! Lobster bisque special was disappointing...wish I ordered the pasta!
Alli Bye: Best drink at this bar: YES Vodka Cosmo!
Mindi: The crab cakes are great! Actual real lumps of crab. Not much filler. The filet is incredibly tender. And the chargrilled shrimp is well seasoned. Be sure to get a reservation, even on weeknights!
Joe H: They put crab ON the swordfish. They put crab in the Mac and Cheese. They put crab in the asparagus. My waiter was an Alaskan King Crab. If you have the means, I highly recommend it. So choice.

Daniel McCoy: Great spot to observe the homosexual mating rituals of the intoxicated unattractive middle-aged homosapien.
Haydee Valdes: Came here because of Anthony Bourdain tip. Great Cosmo and Great music. But why o' why do jazz musicians Always have to do solos in every song?
