Pho is the bomb!
The Pho is amazing, I eat it a few times a week. The Spring Rolls are also very tasty. If I weren't so stuck on Pho I'd try something else.

I used to live in Japan, so this is where I head when I'm craving AUTHENTIC Japanese cuisine like Potato Croquettes, gyoza, jellyfish, & cold soba noodles & the lightest tempura batter. Oishii! Yum!
Charlotte doesn't have ramen-yas (ramen shops), but luckily, Musashi serves a diverse menu, which includes soups. The best pork broth ramen in town is found here.

Its always delicious, crab soup- must try! Great specials that are different everyday.
Paul, Cooper, Traci, Milt, & Steve. They make this place the best bar on Earth. Get a cup of the Spicy Crab Soup, a Bell's Two Hearted Ale, and the 4th Ward Stroganoff. Nothing better.

Soups are great as are the stir fry. You get a lot of food for the money. Enough that you should have leftovers for lunch the next day.
