Wonderful wine, cozy environment, good service. The sangria was too sweet for my taste, but all the food and Malbecs/Cabs I've tried have been lovely.

This is a great neighborhood bagel shop and deli with plenty of sandwich options, bakery, and coffee. Fresh squeezed juice is terrific too.
Try the egg onion bagel if you like things that are curiously delicious.
The lechon kawali is delicious, but also a small mountains worth of deep fried pork belly - ideally you'll split it (and maybe one of the tasty vegetable dishes) with a friend

I know the black kale salad is one of the faves, but...it's an effort to get through. I mean, that's some MOUNTAIN of kale you get! If you get it, know you'll need a few beers to wash it down.
The famous fig leaves burger is a mountain of mouthfuls that is well worth climbing. The menu as a whole has some inspired ingredient combinations (beetroot + pineapple + egg + beef).
Every single thing on the menu is delicious. The drinks are great as well.
Fantastic spot. Backyard, cool art, gave us a mountain of guacamole with our chips—perfect place for an afternoon drink on a warm day. Everything was tasty and delightful. I’ll be back!

Neapolitan-style pizza are made in a wood-fired oven, though the restaurant itself feels like a cozy mountain cabin.
The basic salad was extra tasty. Delicious thin chewy pizza. We got the sake mountain way (meh) and the stunner Neffy porkpie white, hot, sweet and salty goodness in dancing in your mouth.
Everything is good.. of course the Hellboy and the Mootz are the ‘staples’ but all the pizzas are great even some of the vegan ones.

How do you make chicken fingers this good?! Plus, the mac 'n' cheese, the wings, even the asparagus when they have it. All amazing with great atmosphere and nicest service.
Even if it is warm enough, don't sit outside. The atmosphere inside is too fantastic to miss. Also, drink a whiskey drink, as Chumbawumba once said.
the cheese is always stringy, the sauce is always rich, and the crust is always baked to perfection. this is brooklyn's BEST slice. anyone who says otherwise is insane. period. =)

The staff here are super friendly and helpful - they're happy to make recommendations and I've never had a miss w/one. Love the $12 and under table and the free wine tastings & classes. Great shop.
I'm no connoisseur (tend to pick wine by the design on the label), but it seems like they keep the cheaper stuff on a table in the middle, and in general have a great selection.
