This is a solid apple store. The layout is better than the soho store so it's not quite as clostrophobic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only issue is there wifi is terrible so avoid instore restores
A friendly knowledgeable staff. They helped me to find a laptop as per my need. They even check and confirmed whether I can install additional SSD. Good deals as well.
A bit of a pain to get to from northern Brooklyn but absolutely worth it. Got everything I was looking for, love this place.

Excellent, personalized customer service. Offers extended warranty plans. The stockroom guy even waited with me for my Uber and loaded my AC unit into the car. Mere steps from the F train.
Oh and they absolutely do offer discounts! The salesperson gave me a nice one when I bought my AC unit in addition to finding me a lower priced but new model.

The service at the geek squad counter is terrible!!! The last time I was here I was skipped. Not by the customer but the agent chose whom he was gonna help. It happened again today! WTF!!!
