Great stuff, good food, great design and stunning view over Manhattan!
Definitely a nice hotel with ample outdoor space but it’s yet another fancy hotel in Willy with no other distinguishing factor. The service is also lacking. I don’t get the hype.

The rooftop bar is on the 6th floor and has a beautiful view of the city. Go early, catch the sunset, and then jet to a dive bar before the meatpacking-esque crowd arrives.

Cool hotel - friendly, helpful staff. I booked the hotel for my birthday and they decorated the room with balloons for me. Was a lovely, cute touch. You can access the roof which has stunning views.
Go to the rooftop for a stellar view and be nice to the front lobby staff. They're wonderful.
Can't recommend this hotel enough. Top-shelf staff. They help with everything-- tips for dining, parking, laundry. They upgraded us on arrival. I love this hotel, and I'd come stay again. Definitely.

Had me waiting 20 minutes for the room. Afterwards reception says extra 30-60 minutes, and “I can’t take check in before 3pm for granted”. Got to the room and my coworker was there! What!?

The staff here was fantastic, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and modern, and the amenities like free breakfast and fast wifi were a pleasant surprise... would definitely stay here again!
Great customer service, and the beds were fantastic. Do ask for a high floor as at floor 8, we could hear the traffic still.

The morning breakfast selection is good. If you have to check out and you have a flight later in the day, the staff can hold your luggage for $1.50 a piece.
Gym is great. Can get coffee 23/7. Filtered water on every floor. Close to subway.

The room city view details are miss leading & ofc not worth a penny at all. You'll barely see anything. Besides, the hotel furnitures & equipment are a bit old & below the average.
great little "secret": the 2nd fl. lobby has an accessible bathroom (just inside the street-facing restaurant, to the right). good to know when visiting downtown BKLYN, where services are scarce.
