The duck soup here is incredible, and the sword fish and the tagliatelle with beef and pork ragu were awesome too.
One of the best restaurants in the area. Scallops, wild boar sausage, lasagna, or fig and prosciutto app, everything is well prepared and delicious. Service is quick; good wine list.
Poached eggs with soft polenta and asparagus and parmesan is perfect brunch food with side of Acme sourdough. And a Bloody Mary.
From that same owner that brought us Desco in Oakland before they lost their lease. Similar modern Italian fare. Beautiful space. I liked the pork sugo with spinach fettuccine very much.
All the vegetarian items are great. Solid Italian at great prices. A must every time I visit Berkeley
