You must indulge in the biscuits at least once. Probably the best thing there. I've heard the Cajun-style eggs Benedict are good. All-in-all it's breakfast food, not too terribly hard to get wrong.

Great lunch buffet! They stop refilling the buffet with food 30 minutes before closing, for lunch this means 1:30, so be sure to get there before then.
Didn't enjoy the food (not my type of food), so hostess made sure that I got fresh cream cheese Naan and charged me for that instead of the buffet. GREAT service. (Also try pistachio pudding!!)
Seaweed salad is sooooo good! And I think their hand rolls rock. Plus... Sweet potato roll?! Yes please. The all you can eat is a great deal when you're hungry!
The all you can eat sushi menu is a great value for lunch or dinner.
Fresh all you can eat sushi w/great atmosphere? Since Kamado's on Bennington is no more, this is my go to sushi spot. They even manage to not smell like they serve fresh fish (hint Tsunami & Ichiban)

Excellent place to get an introduction to Indian food. They have a buffet at lunch so that you can learn to appreciate the different tastes. The flavors are amazing. You won't be disappointed.

Staff here was wonderful. The executive lounge on the 4th floor is one of the best I have had the pleasure of visiting--super friendly staff, open all day and full of snacks/drinks.
