Scallion pancakes, lettuce wraps, chive dumplings, gua bao, pork soup dumplings. The pineapple buns are unique and delicious, but request they come last since they’re sweet. DO NOT get the snapper.

A ginormous bowl of spicy and sour chicken soup on a cold and blustery day was my favorite meal in Asheville. The steamed dumplings were divine and the cumin lamb melted in my mouth!

Great service, Peter did a great job. I tried the shrimp scampi and my wife tried the spinach ravioli, both were delicious. The tiramisu will melt in your mouth. Hope to be back very soon
