Get to the Grizzly Bear Run Fastpass booth as EARLY in the day as you can. Line up as early as you can as well & believe me, you will have the best view!
Go to CA Adventures at 9:30am to get your fast pass in order to get the best viewing spots (blue and yellow). Also line up an hour before your show and get a spot behind a fence area.
If you have Blue get in line early and try to watch from the bridge! Excellent view and much less crowded.
The best time to grab seats is after people have viewed the first showing and fireworks.. Once they start leaving you can creep your way in!
a lot better than world if color over at california adventure! you can get a place at the sides instead of the center. they do have projectors at the wings so youll still have a great view!
Best viewing is between Pirates of the Caribbean and the Haunted Mansion. Don't stop at the first spot you can see.
View pyro over Toontown and enjoy projection show on Small World facade. It's a different experience from viewing pyro from the Hub.

Ask for a room in the new wing facing the park. Great views of California Adventure. Amazing how they keep the park noise out but I can hear the guy in the next room snoring like he's in bed with me.
it is a beautiful restaurant with a great outside view, but next time I think I will sit at the counter to watch the open kitchen at work
You can go on the balcony! It has a great view of New Orleans Square and you can watch all the people wandering around.
Very good value at lunch. Appetizer and dessert buffet are included! Also be sure to step oit onto the balcony, its a nice view of New Orleans Square

Loved the view over the pools from the 10th floor in the Dreams Tower - construction yes but it's great to see so much new development going into the Disneyland Hotel! Comfortable, elegant room, too.
So, the view isn't the greatest right now, but the actual building is beautiful. The new room backboard displays are just great. Just close your curtains. ;)
If you are an ap. you can stay in the frontier tower of the hotel. Also get a view of the hotel instead of the parking lot view.
Catch the 10:30PM show.....easier and better viewing options
The canoe docks are a cool viewing area to see some of the "backstage magic!"
For the best view, stand behind the giant towers. They raise up at showtime.
i agree. if youre able to flag down a cast member, ask to sit in the very front with the driver. its so much fun. a very different experience. great views.
You can also ask to sit in the last car for a different view.

make sure you go to the light show venue early before the show so you have a clear view!
Great for groups or even coming alone. There's always something to do. The wait times are a bit of a bore but the views, rides, food and drinks make up for it
Main Street is a great walk down memory lane. Take a moment to really enjoy this part of the park and show stop by for the flag ceramony at sunset. It's great!
Best fireworks viewing is in fron of the Penny Arcade in the middle of Main Street. Also, turn the flash OFF cameras for better pics!
Everything but highlight is the Sunset Flag Retreat ceremony . Amazing and honoring to our veterans and to our country. Go for an ice cream cone after.

I prefer this Frontierland to the one in DW. The lake in the middle is such a nice view and great to walk around.

View MVP seats are amongst the best value in the stadium. For day games, the first base side is in the shade throughout most of the game.
The Mark Twain Riverboat is a nice break from the crowds of Disneyland. Enjoy the nice views and say cheesy romantic things with your significant other. :p
