Best vegan restaurant in ABQ
I absolutely loved the P.E.T. - pumpkin, eggplant, stir fried tofu. So amazing to have a place with unlimited vegan options.. not used to having so many choices! The girl at the counter was very nice.
Sometimes you just have to try an authentic vegan meal. This little gem on Central always surprises me with what they can do with their menu.

The soy chicken burger is fantastic. And the creamy chicken and orange chicken... Actually everything on their menu is amazing. And all vegan.
The Thai iced tea is so delicious that twice now have I consumed the entire $2 beverage in one gulp. Oh we'll it's worth it

The Southwest Bennie is a great dish you have to try. This eggs Benedict dish is served all day long. Top it of with some Avocado slices :)
