I only come here for the gas. Really :) Beautiful casino/resort, worth the trip even if you're not into gambling. Great views of the Sandias, and of the middle Rio Grande valley.

Great hike thru history! Amazing views of the event city and Sandia Mountains. Visitors Center is awkwardly placed considering the size and location of monument. Bring a camera!

Ran into a lot of small annoying bugs at sunset!! I would suggest bug spray or a full body net suit. Beautiful and well maintained area, go if you have a chance.
Eh, it's okay. Nothing really special. You run into a few birds, lizards, and ants. Woohoo. A nice view of a wetland and the Rio Grande tho...Rio Grande is nasty looking..

This wonderful hotel was a hospital in the 1920s. There are quirky reminders of the building's past all over like this gurney/table in the bar. Helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Nice biking and walking trail, very scenic.
Walk the dirt trail a long side of montano to the river. Walk, jog or run that trail south. Beautiful.

Stopped in for ABQ Restaurant Week. The starter salad and pumpkin ravioli were fantastic! The service was top-notch, too. This would be a perfect date location.

This museum exceeds expectations! Really cool to learn about the history of balloon flight. Stick with a tour guide, you’ll miss all the cool stories without one!
